Distinguished by its sophisticated use of spices and herbs, Indian cuisine has made its way to communities across the world. The son of a renowned chef in India, Jagmohan Jayara, has participated in this movement by bringing his own Indian cooking to Illinois. Since opening India House, Jagmohan's success has expanded the business to three other locations. Our Hoffman Estates restaurant specializes in authentic cuisine ranging from street fare to delicatessen curries, and our catering services can accommodate up to 2,000 people to make for an event that's filled with vibrant Indian flavors.

Good place for a group lunch, buffet all you can eat, at a pretty reasonable price, buffet items change frequently, it includes naan and tandoori chicken. They have a full service bar from what I can tell, service is usually pretty good. I do think they may have an a la carte menu though I think most people get the buffet. The buffet includes various types of salad, main courses (which usually include vegitable, chicken, fish/shellfish, lamb, and sometimes beef [pretty rare]) and desserts. most of the items I have tried have been rather mild though some can be somewhat spicy.

A good and well spread Indian Buffet for 17$ for veg and non veg alike. A reasonable variety of curries, idly, one or two chat items (when we went, we had bhel and pav bhaji). Some salads and some insignificant dessert options (some sad pista ice-cream, kheer and gulab jamoons all the three were competing for the 'I am the worst' title!)The Naan has egg so vegetarians and vegans beware! An good option for very hungry Indians!

We just went today to this restaurant. I love Indian food. And this restaurant one of the best Indian restaurants in Chicago. Great atmosphere, very delicious food, nice people, good service and everything is clean. Can't say nothing bad. We had a good time☺
